K-12 Biotechnology Teacher

BioVoyage Institute, Inc (BioVoyage) is hiring biotechnology (science) teachers. Teachers maybe placed at different schools in the United States or throughout the world. Teachers will help to prepare students for success in college, fostering responsible citizenship, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.

We are currently seeking applications for the K-12 Biotechnology teaching positions for the 2006-2007 school year. Qualified candidates will:

• Be passionate about biotechnology (science) and the teaching of science

• Master’s in any biotechnology, biological science, biochemistry, biophysics, or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with persons of diverse cultures andLanguage groups, and people who have disabilities
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of students
• Must be able to establish labs and conduct experiments.
