Volunteers

We are seeking retired/non retired educators, Masters & PhD science students, scientists & industrial personnel.

Phyl’s Academy is about to launch a biotechnology educational program that will nurture and steer our children in the direction of biotechnology, bioscience and biomedicine and better prepare them for the 21st century career markets. Our mission is "a collaborative approach” involving BioVoyage Institute, Inc, and other resources to educate, train, mentor and foster our children in the above-mentioned areas.

Our objectives are threefold:

  1. To better prepare our students for the Ivy League schools;
  2. To increase the opportunity for scholarships;
  3. To help our students to become well informed in science, technology, research, space, medicine, education, food, farming, and other high-paying, demanding and financially rewarding positions, thereby raise their standard of living.

We are seeking sensitive and conscientious scientific volunteers with five (5) or more years’ hands-on experience in the following areas to assist in our biotechnology educational program:

  • Animal Science
  • Biochemistry
  • Biophysics & Molecular Biology
  • Biology
  • Biomedicine
  • Bioscience
  • Biotechnology

  • Chemistry
  • Economics
  • Electrical & Computer Engineering
  • Environmental & Industrial Engineering
  • Food Science & Human Nutrition
  • Forestry
  • Genetics
  • Horticulture
  • Laboratory Technology
  • Marine Biology
  • Marketing
  • Mathematics
  • Medicine
  • Pharmaceutics
  • Philosophy & Religious Studies
  • Physics
  • Plant Pathology
  • Political Science

The volunteer should be able to work well with a diverse group of students to promote a positive learning experience.
